1 down, 8 to go.. (song lyrics)

 Under The Bus

Under the bus,
You bound our hands & pushed our heads down.
Who's left to trust?

Our knees hit the pavement.
We watched you turn your back on us.
Abandoned to take your blame.
Yet we still remain.

The course remains the same.
Defile all decency,
You have no remorse.
No qualms to break one's will.
Dishonor is keen,
A trend for all fiends.

Once one of us,
We were setup to take the fall.
Who's left to trust?

These bridges you've burnt.
We watched you turn your back on us.
Abandoned to take your blame.
Yet we still remain.

When a man of his word,
means as much as each passing moment.
There he stands without resolve,
since when have you been afraid to face us.

Keep running, your knife leaves a trail.
Still dripping, you should be ashamed.

Fault - fades from memory.
You - are my enemy.
Days - like purity prolonged.

Now we see through you.
You sense impending doom.

Know what lies before you.
We watched you turn your back on us.
Abandoned to take your blame.
Yet we still remain.

When a man of his word,
means as much as each passing moment.
There he stands without resolve,
since when have you been afraid to face us.

No escape, now there's hell to pay.
Lie still, you must face your fate.

Thrown under the bus,
Now who's left to trust?
